Typhoon Brewery is a new project that aims to bring real ale to ex-pats in Hong Kong the brief was to capture the essence of Hong Kong beer and reflect an upmarket feel to the beer. We tried many concepts incorporating red and gold as theese are lucky and established symbols in the origin of the beer, eventually the client wanted to use the iconic symbol of the palms in the wind to represent the name and also move towards a warmer colour scheme.
