A graduate of the late John Gillard's pioneering Creative Advertising course, Gail has 20 years' experience as an Advertising Creative, Digital Copywriter and Creative Head in agencies such as Ogilvy & Mather, Bates Dorland, Ogilvy Action and Saatchi & Saatchi X. She's adapted to the changing industry landscape, but she hasn't lost sight of the fact that the most valuable aspect of great creative work is the idea. She firmly believes that, while talent plays a part, creativity can be taught. The problem is that not many people can actually teach the skills necessary to be able to come up with great ideas.
