About the project:

Let’s face it, finding time to consider what skills you may need in the future is always something that can be put off until tomorrow. However, if graphic designers and want to develop higher level leadership skills to compete in an increasingly professional market place, accessing timely skills development and training is often necessary.

JiYeon Han, a graphic designer and David Bromilow of the University of Leeds, are developing a leadership game that, using only a small number of questions, will assist graphic designers of all levels to assess what skills they may wish to develop and find further information about appropriate short courses, online courses and webinars.

The game was initially designed as a table top game and after positive feedback, is now being developed into an online version. To help in this we are asking as many designers as possible to complete the online survey to evaluate the question matrix that underpins the game.
