The 2009 Summit is taking place at 11am on Thursday 12th March 2009 at Ashton Gate Football Stadium in Bristol and is being supported by Creative & Cultural Skills as well as Business Link Peninsula. Attendance at the summit is by invitation only, but will include South West Design Forum Board members and all Board/Committee members of each sub-regional cluster as well as selected guests.

The aim of the summit is to bring together members of the 6 design clusters across the South West to share information, knowledge and best practice and to discuss the cluster requirements and ambitions as well as the needs of their members. It is also an opportunity to report back on South West Design Forum progress and to discuss and agree a strategy for developing the design sector across the region. This year our keynote speaker is Richard Williams from Williams Murray Hamm, and we’ll be launching the CPD project as well as new stadium plans for the City.
